this version don't have the index fixed but the main change are all in the new section I made that start from page 22... I insert something that is brilliant and stupid at the same time so better take a look at it.

Last advice about the guide is that in the next version I'll talk about what I think is the biology of the various races.

As last thing I want to give to all of you that drive, or are most times a passenger, a very precious advice...
buy a dashcam... not important that you drive a car, a truck or a motorbike, have one will protect you under certain limits.
the reason I say this is because a friend of mind that is on a wheelchair obtained a piece of paper from his doctor that say "he can drive"... knowing that he don't have good reaction time for him this is a good thing... if you think something like "I don't need one" search on the net video about break checkers, the most useless things that exist on the roads, and insurance fraud... I saw video from Russia, India, UK and USA and don't know who is looking this post and where it live but idiocy is behind every corner of the world so don't understimate it because if you do... you'll pay it.
