February News! (Patreon)

Hello my dear patrons, we have yet another crazy day today but I didn't want to let the day go without first send you all my love on Valentine's day, and second giving you an update of things here.

As I think I mentioned before, I've spent the last two weeks finishing my new album, the one I've been working for/as Perfected for a year now, parallel to my third "official" album, due later this year. 

The first plan was that it was going to be a Perfected album, but after hearing it and thinking of marketing (for once!) we decided it was going to be less confusing and easier to communicate if it was rebranded as a special event album headed with "Benjamin Koll presents Perfected". It will include all new remixes of previous songs, all the singles and new songs. All of that very uplifting. It's an album to play at home and dance like nobody's watching :)

Artwork is going to start this next week with Pablo Vazquez again working on all the concept art and the different panels, as in my other two albums. Although its going to be a departure from them, since this one is a parallel project. We shot yesterday the pics for this album and derived artwork as well as four new exclusive galleries for Patreon (that I'll be posting as soon as I can edit them). Today I have to mix the last song for the album and start shooting the music video, that we're hoping to complete tomorrow. Mastering will start tomorrow (if I manage to finish the mix of this last song on time) and it will be done by Fernando Alvarez at 440 Mastering (he's an award winning engineer, who mastered All Systems Go and has been a long professional partner of mine) and the album will be available on 24bit MFit on iTunes (the "Mastered for iTunes" certification) and on a special limited edition CD that will include the bonus track "Don't Let Go".

Add to that a change of computer that will start on Tuesday! Thanks to your pledges we've been able to get new equipment that will be focused mostly on graphics and videos at the beginning, and that will allow me to work faster and better on videos. I'll be sharing new exclusive video content before the end of the month.
