One of the best parts of Blades in the Dark, and there are TONS, is the downtime mechanic. After every score, the crew goes through downtime to try and get their stress under control, heal up and/or make themselves or the crew better. It is a brilliant system that Jared takes to a whole new level with Troy, Joe and Ross as the crew starts to make a name for itself in Duskvol.
