$40 and $70 tier update (Patreon)

So, after some time I'm finally offering a legit two character tier.  $40 is now the single character tier as it  claimed to be originally and $70 of course is the two character tier.  I currently dropped the $40 tier to 4 users at a time and the $70 to a limit of 2 users.   If I see I have time,  I'll raise the limits if there is a interest.   That being said, if you were part of the $40 dollar tier and already have your two character picture lined up, I'll still do it.  If you join the $70 dollar tier, I'll do three characters this month.  Next month the new guidlines will be followed.   All  will be balanced within the force... or something.
