hum. A lot of introspection? This proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that our teen boys are NOT what we typically think of. IE: hormones and horror. I remember my teen years somewhat less than fondly. Alex, you continue to develop a world with believable characters. Also, much in supporting background and themes. I know of late that donations have not been great and hope that for the time being at least we get to see you develop this tale of heroes and intrigue for some time to come.

Thank you, Bill. Teen Spooky and Flyboy are extraordinary people, and even if they weren't, all of us contain multitudes, even when we are young. Showing that feels real to me. I remember having similar discussions like this with my friends when I was there age, and it's nice to be able capture some of that with our heroes. :) (This is not to say that my teen years were all sunshine and rainbows—they weren't—but the things that truly mattered to me went far beyond how I typically saw teens being depicted. I cared deeply about love, honesty, integrity, treating people ethically, my place in the world, the line between caring and self-sacrifice, and more. So it makes sense that my heroes would care about some of those same things.) Thank you as always for your kind words and for your support.
