Fallen Arc Cover — Full Color Reveal! (Patreon)

Last month, I teased this art by posting the black-and-white pencils for you to see. But now the fully-colored version is complete. The official launch of the new cover won't be until next month, but I wanted to share the final art with you right away!

Again, Adam DeKraker's awesome pencils have been colored by one of my favorite colorists, Alex Sollazzo, who has colored all of The Young Protectors covers, and I personally love how this one came together. I think Alex Sollazzo did a great job of creating an other-worldly feel while still keeping things beautiful. 

For me, this is one of the most striking Young Protectors covers we've ever made.

As I mentioned in sneak preview post, Fallen is a return to action-romance for me. While there is romance in all my stories, Cory's adventure with Karthak is meant to be romance-focused, and just more of an all-around fun time. While there will be plenty of superhero action (it is written by me, after all), there's also going to be lots of kissing and comedy.

The cover is supposed to give a sense of that to new readers.
