Parents just don’t understand!

Please note: These are work-in-progress colors. Vero should get me the final colors soon.

You can talk about this page at The Young Protectors Community here.

ANNIVERSARY PATRON THANK YOUS

Your continued support has always been the reason I’ve been able to continue making this comic. And I am especially grateful to our readers who continue to support this comic month-after-month during this time. Thank you for letting me continue to create these pages. Thank you for being the real superheroes of this comic.

And so, I hope everyone will please join me in wishing a very special Woolfpack anniversary “thank you!” to those Patrons who have been supporting our work for a year or more!

First let me thank pack members who have been supporting our work for the last 12 months as of this week (Aug 1-7):

Ann D. and David W.

(You totally rock, Ann D. and David!)

I’d like to send out a big thank you to members of the Woolfpack who have been supporting our work for 24 months of this week (Aug 1-7):

LadyNyoko and Kevin O.

(Two years of support! Thank you so much, LadyNyoko and Kevin!)

And a heroic thank you as well as for Woolfpack members who have been supporting our work for 36 months of this week (Aug 1-7):

Juanita A. and Antonio C.

(Three years of support! Thank you so much, Juanita and Antonio!)

A huge thank you to a Woolfpack member who has been supporting our work for 60 months of this week (Aug 1-7):

Alex L.

(Five years of support! Thank you so much, Alex!)

And let me also send out my biggest howl to those members of the Woolfpack who have been supporting this comic and our work from the very beginning!

These are the awesome readers who have been supporting me and this comic for 72 months (6 years!) as of this week (Aug 1-7):

Heruem, James and Monika E.

Thank you so much, Heruem, James and Monika! Y’all are so awesome!

Thank you all so much for your amazing, ongoing support! It’s the consistent support that is what really allows me to continue making this comic. You all truly are superheroes!

So!

So! Karthak’s father really is going to throw Cory’s clothes into a huge bonfire. And for some reason, Cory doesn’t seem to like that idea.

Do you think Cory is over-reacting here? What’s so bad about having all your clothes burned to ash in a bizarre, monster-filled world where everyone treats you like a dog? And what do you think Cory is about to do?

Tune in this Saturday to find out! Hope to see you there! :D

I kind of forgot Cory had powers. 😆

Oh Cory, don't tell me you are going to knock that guy from Daft Punk to the ground. He walks with a cane :-(

Damien

i am starting to wonder if there are other sentient life forms on this world and these blue guys just assume they are animals because of the whole language thing they do seem to think anything other than how they sound is not a language despite the fact that other than the none blue skin and lack ofhorns and wings he is an upright biped like them who shows clear signs of intelligence.

Anonymous

not to them apparently. The intelligence part I mean. A lot of critters on our little mudball have some form of language. We are just not intelligent enough to listen.

alexwoolfson

There is indeed an in-world reason, Alessandro. Perhaps we'll find out at some point. :)

in a truly frightening way. He could have killed Mitch!

The laughing dinos got me. T-Rex chuckle? What could be more frightening?

Theadora

Here's hoping Cory can yank his clothes back without pushing anyone around!

alexwoolfson

Alas, that would require finesse that Cory currently doesn't believe he would ever be capable of, Theadora. :)
