Something tells me that line is not going to play as well with Amanda as you think it will, Spooky…

Please note: These are work-in-progress colors. Vero should get me the final colors soon.

You can talk about this page at The Young Protectors Community here.

NEW PATRON THANK YOUS

The only reason I’m able to keep making The Young Protectors is because of the very generous support of readers like you on Patreon. Especially now. And we had three new folks sign up over the last few days! So, please join me in sending out a very special thank you and welcome to the new members of the Woolfpack this week!

Kit K., J. T. and TJ Y.

Thank you so much for your amazing support, Kit, J. and TJ ! You and the other members of the Woolfpack are all the real superheroes of this comic!

So!

So! Spooky knows it’s a trap, but he doesn’t seem to care! His friends want to keep him safe, but he thinks he needs to step into the buzzsaw. (He was able to reel off an impressive list of Bad Things that need fixing. And he didn’t even mention Flyboy’s buddy, Cory, who’s lost in another world!)

Who’s right? And what are these kids going to do?

Tune in this Wednesday to find out! Hope to see you there! 😀

It may not impress Amanda, but it made me laugh so hard! :D (That "Dammit, Spooky!" after that pause was a great moment too.)

When Spooky plays that "oh so innocent" expression in the last panel, I don't know whether I want to smack him upside the head, or grab him for some serious snogging... :D :D

Uh, both?

The best way to avoid a trap is knowing about the trap.

Theadora

(And utterly randomly, that string that holds his hat on is so DOOFY-looking, yet eminently practical. I love that detail!)

Glad you like that, Theadora! Cassidy is nothing, if not practical -- at least when it comes to kitting Spooky out.
