Changing currency to USD (Patreon)

I've changed this Patreon page currency from GBP to USD. This change will not affect existing members.

The Cute Tier: £2 / month → $2 / month
The Sexy Tier: £4 / month → $5 / month
The Sexiest Tier: £7.5 / month → $9 / month

Anyone new to this page will see prices in their local currency, where supported. If their currency is not supported by Patreon, tiers will be displayed in USD.
