I've couldn't keep silent anymore Kuma. If you want a Railgun, just build one. The Plans, science concepts ect. are all on the Internet and you can buy just off the shelf parts locally or on the internet. You can build one in your garage. The same with Coilgun/Gaussrifle :). There are plenty videos on youtube too. I also want one, but those are outlawed to build by civis in my country :(. And as far as I can remember, the problem with Railguns is that the copper Rails tend to fuse/melt after a few shots. And the time/energy required to charge the capacitor banks is a problem.
