some additional notes i guess, although i guess i'm not the first to mention this. the blue roses didn't just send out those girls because they were annoyed by them, but becaue they were worried they might be spies. sure, they didn't seem like it, but what good spy really does? them being there during the meeting could have leaked important information to the outside. next, it was actually a pretty impressive move for the king to down the water ainz offered him like that. after all, it could have been poisoned, couldn't it? him just accepting it without question actualy earned him a bit of respect from ainz, as it shows his trust and respect for ainz. finally .... fuck those nobles. the rats are leaving the sinking ship, like always. too bad they judge others by their own cowardly standards. if they had used their brains, they might have realized that not only wouldn't it work, as, as you pointed out, albedo refused the kings head once already (though to be somewhat fair, these guys probably weren't impotant enough to be present in the throne room when that happened), but also that ainz wouldn't take very kindly to their actions. well, they are gonna have a lot of fun with neuronist, who was the weird bdsm squid creature from the invasion of the tomb. i'm sure she's gonna enjoy her new toys.
