to be fair, the name DIO literally means god, so it makes sense for DIO's power to be almost godlike. anyway, now that we know what dio's power is, how about a little funfact? being able to stop time wasn't meant to be dio's power originally. dio's stand is "the world", thus his original power in concept was him being able to use any stand that exists in the world. however araki pretty quickly realized how stupidly op that power would be, so he changed it later. traces of dio's original powers are still visible throughout the serious though, as dio uses joseph's stand, hermit purple, a couple a times throughout the series to spy on the crusaders. like for example in episode 8, where he is able to sense joseph watching him through the tv and there's also a scene in episode 3, where he outright uses hermit purple to take a spirit photo of the group while they are on the plane, though it seems to be missing from your version. it's either an alternative cut or it was from the original stardust crusader ova series: /watch?v=eY3pTYWwyII

"Dios Mio" will never sound the same. But imagine naming your kid "God" lol. Bruh.... so it's the Mew of the stand world? That's more BS than pausing time (which in itself is BS) This should be the uncensored version, dunno if there is a more uncut version than this.
