Update Post, Feb. 5th, 2024 (Patreon Stream later today!) (Patreon)

Hey Patrons, I hope you all have been having an extraordinary February so far!

We have a Patreon Stream later today starting around our usual time of 4:00 PM US Eastern. A song from the Patreon Request List will be going on the to-do list, followed by another song that I'll be handpicking from the PRL. A recap revealing both of those songs will be posted shortly after the stream ends.

I mostly went over the plan for the next couple of months last week, but here's a quick recap:

Those first four on the list, barring anything crazy happening, will be the four songs coming this month. If time permits and things go swimmingly, I may squeeze in a 5th, but with February being such a short month, it's tough to confirm any extras at the moment.

My main goal is to have to-do list completely cleared out (that's including His World and Memories of You) by the end of March, so I can commit some intense focus on finishing up and revealing Project Peppermint.

It's been a very, very long time since I actually listened to the entire 2012 Super Mario RPG: The Legend of the Seven Stars mega medley. Since we just did Smithy, I thought it'd be fun to give it a listen and break it down in a video. It's a bit of a long one (video is a little over an hour, considering the song is almost 40 minutes in length), but if you've ever been interested in some of the history behind one of the most iconic old GaMetal songs, be sure to check it out! This video will be up for you all tomorrow.

One last important thing: the 2023 compilation album, GaMetal XIII, is almost ready! We'll be having a song naming stream for the BandCamp release on Wednesday, Feb 7th, starting around 4:30 PM US Eastern.

We'll follow that up the next day (Thursday, Feb 8th) with a quick bonus track reveal stream, starting around 4:00 PM US Eastern. The album itself will be releasing publicly this weekend (Friday or Saturday).
