Update Post! Nov. 1st, 2023 (Patreon)

Hey Patrons, I have an update post for you today!

First, a quick recap of the to-do list:

I managed to get all 5 of the songs planned for October done and out last month, so the to-do list is back down to only last month's PRL selection (Cave Story) and the songs that've been sitting on TBA for a bit.

This month I'll be working on SNES Medley #2, I'm hoping to have it done around the end of the month, but it could end up being early December if I need a little more time with it. I've also went ahead and slated Serpent that Devours the Horizon as a December song, I'll be looking to have that be the first song of December (or second, if SNES Medley comes before it). I'll keep you filled in on the other TBA songs once I get a better idea for when they'll be ready! The end of the year is approaching, so I'll be doing my best to whip up a ton of killer songs to take us out of 2023.

Two dates to confirm for you:

Our monthly Patreon stream will take place at our usual date and time of November 5th, starting around 4:00 PM US Eastern. We'll be choosing our one song from the Patreon Request List and I will make my handpicked PRL choice shortly after that stream ends.

I had planned to do a second Patreon Request List listening stream last month, but I got caught up with working on all of the Halloween songs. So instead I'll do one a little early this month: we'll be having a Patreon Request List listening stream on Thursday, November 9th, starting around 4:00 PM US Eastern Time.

On a final note for the day, I was very fortunate to feature on another major franchise song... I recorded the guitar (and bass) tracks for the reveal trailer song composed by Tee Lopes for the upcoming Sonic game Sonic Dream Team!

Also just to clarify: I'm only on the trailer theme track (which I believe might also be the main theme as it's actually a bit longer than what's heard in the reveal trailer). I'm not sure what else is going on with the game's soundtrack outside of that! Either way, I'm super thrilled to be a part of an official Sonic title, no matter the capacity. 🥳
