Hey there Patrons!

It's the beginning of the month, so along with working on the upcoming song Dialga's Fight to the Finish, I'm gonna try to get caught back up on acoustic shorts, starting with this one for Andrew Eddy. This is Corridors of Time from Chrono Trigger.

Loopable!

I've been throwing around some ideas in my head to create a Youtube channel specifically for these loopable acoustic shorts. We have so many of them that it's a shame to see a lot of them quietly go unused. I don't think I'd do live video (since that'd take up a ton of time) so that's what I'm mainly trying to get ideas for, perhaps collaborating with people and getting some sort of small animation loop or something for each song.

Just a small idea though. :)

Niiice. It was inevitable that this song would be covered. Great work on it. An acoustics channel sounds like a good idea. I don't think you even need an animation loop since most people will be fine either way with an acoustic cover. Depending on how it's gone about, animation loops could take a bit of work, considering your making more acoustic shorts in a month than you are making metal covers of songs with videos to accompany them. I feel like you should keep it simple with videos of acoustic covers. Maybe an image or artwork to go with it, I dunno. That said, if you do find someone willing to help you with some short loops, by all means go for it.

I'd get other people to make animations/pictures/etc, since it takes me like 5 years to make a 30 second animation xD so I agree with that. I'd just want it to be super simple really.

What I meant was how much time it would take said animator to work on an animation for each acoustic. Like how frequently were you thinking of releasing acoustics on the channel? And if you do get someone to make an animation for you, I'm wondering if they will want you to pay them for it or if they will be nice enough to contribute to the channel regardless of payment? Also I had come up with a couple of names for this spin-off channel. Gacoustic and Gametal Acoustic. Bit lame but whatever xD

I might actually be in the market to try and get some 'Gameplay' or maybe throw together a mock screenshot of the area for the area each track represents. Was actually becoming tempted to do this thing myself cause I really wanted to share alot of these tracks with people.

Great Acoustic!!! and the idea of the youtube channel is not bad, maybe all the patrons that you have made an acoustic short can suggest like the picture or the gameplay video of the background.

Thanks! I almost have it complete, just three quick things before I release it. 1. I I can't find the acoustic shorts for Sand Storm (Gradius III), the Bomberman main theme or After Burner. (the links for Sand Storm and Bomberman are broken on the All Patreon Acoustic Shorts page and your website respectively, while I can't find After Burner anywhere.) 2. Where would you want it to be posted? Since the community posts are still available to non-Patrons. 3. Is there any particular album art you would like me to use?
