Hey Patrons! Here's a quick recap of the song chosen during today's stream for those who missed it.

Going on the to-do list this month is none other than...

The "long awaited" Volcano from Dino Run, from the list of Raptor from Dino Run! Doing this song has been a bit of an inside joke in the GaMetal community for the past few years... so it's pretty funny to see it finally get put onto the to-do list. I think I can make something really cool with it. 🙂👍🏼

For this month's handpicked, I decided to go with a quick fun song from a soundtrack that often goes overlooked:

The Tournament 1st Match theme from Mario Tennis 64, from the list of Hornlitz! Hornlitz is another Patron and GaMetal community member that's been with us since the early days of the GaMetal Patreon, but has yet to have a song chosen, so let's throw this one on the to-do list for her!

I also played an arguably unhealthy amount of Mario Tennis 64 back in my teens, so this is a game and song I know quite well. If you don't already know who composed this soundtrack, you might immediately recognize them after a few seconds of listening. 🤪

As mentioned on stream, this month is dedicated to the May Madness remakes, so these 2 songs will likely be made in June, July at the latest.
