Update/Preview Post! August 15th, 2021 (Patreon)

Hey Patrons!

Attached to this post is a preview of the next song, The Price of Doing Business [Iron Whale] from Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment. I'm just about finished with this one, so I should have the early download up tomorrow with the video up the following day.

Here's a quick to-do list refresher:

My plan is to get all of the songs that were chosen during the Patreon Appreciation Month stream done this month. Next up will either be Revenge or Final Bowser (Galaxy), I'm still deciding on exactly which one, but it will probably be Revenge. Those 2 will be followed by Battle Theme II from Sorcery Jokers.

NES Medley 9 should be finished and up sometime in September, and the Playstation Medley will be worked on and finished either in October or November.

For those of you who aren't a member of the GaMetal Discord (come join us!), there's a new request battle going on! This one is Etrian Odyssey III themed and is pitting the two most requested EO songs, Hoist the Sword with Pride in the Heart and The End of Raging Waves, against each other. It's an extremely tight race so far, last I checked both songs were tied at 79 votes each. If I succeed in my 4 song plan this month, one of these two songs will likely be the first song in September.
