Hey Patrons! Here's a quick recap of today's Patron stream for those who missed it.

Aside from talking about games and stuff, we had one song to draw from the request list today. This month's winner is:

The Long Distance of Murder (Red Canyon 2) from F-Zero X, from the list of Famicom! This is actually a personal favorite of mine that I've been wanting to cover for years, so I'm pretty stoked about it getting pulled from the drawing.

And now, for this month's handpicked request list choice!

I'll admit I'm not too familiar with this game, but the song has a ton of potential and I've been seeing a lot of requests for it and other songs from this game lately. So I'm throwing this one on the to-do list:

Transcending, Overpowering, Everlasting from Bug Fables! This comes from the list of noob1n8or, but also happens to appear on the list of Kishoro and Zach D.

The to-do list is now:

  • September: Final Antasma (Mario & Luigi: Dream Team)
  • September: Sky Tower (Pokémon Mystery Dungeon)
  • September: NES Medley
  • TBA: God Shattering Star (Fire Emblem Three Houses)
  • TBA: Lost in Thoughts All Alone (Fire Emblem Fates)
  • TBA: Greenhorn Forest (Wario World)
  • TBA: Theme of Laura (Silent Hill 2)
  • TBA: The Long Distance of Murder (F-Zero X)
  • TBA: Transcending, Overpowering, Everlasting (Bug Fables)
  • TBA: GBA Medley
  • October: Side-Quests Volume 3 (Song list at bottom of PRL)

That's all for now, next time I post here should be with a preview of Antasma. Till then! :)

Wait, why are there two Sky Towers? Is one the KRTDL song?

Kishoro Guy

I was happy enough with Long Distance getting drawn but you decided to handpick a Bug Fables song, let alone Transcending, Overpowering, Everlasting? I'm so fucking hyped!

Bug Fables? Excellent choice!

There’s a ton of bangers in Bug Fables. You’re going to have a blast with this one! I also highly recommend the game itself. It’s the best Paper Mario since Thousand Year Door.
