Youtube News/Q&A Stream (Jan. 24th, 2020) Recap! (Patreon)
Content
Hey Patrons!
I appreciate seeing some of your familiar faces at the stream earlier, but for those who were unable to make it, here's a quick recap of the news covered at the beginning. All of this has already been revealed to you all previously in update posts, so it's nothing completely new, but just incase you missed it:
1. The GaMetal 2020 Song Ballot is now officially open! Like with last year's ballot, everyone is allowed to submit an entry. It will remain open until February 24th.
2. The 2019 compilation album, GaMetal IX, is now available on the GaMetal Bandcamp site! This year's album features 5 bonus tracks w/ the full download: Remasters of the 2015 GaMetal songs Galacta Knight, Big Mute Blue City, and Megalovania, an instrumental arrangement of 2019's Daughter of the Dark God remix, and the previously-revealed Zero Two Ft. Edobean vocal arrangement.
3. Physical copies of the GaMetal album are now available for purchase! As with all physical releases, the cost is $3 + $3 shipping US, $9 shipping to Canada, and $12 internationally.
4. Both GaMetal IX AND GaMetal VII (most songs, in regards to both of these albums) are coming very soon to iTunes/Spotify/etc, hopefully as soon as early next week! Till then, an old 2016 GaMetal song has been distributed to these platforms as a single, by popular demand, available now: Hopes and Dreams / Save the World (2016).
Shortly after the stream ended, I released Zero-Two Ft. Edobean on the channel. This was a cutscene-centric video, sort of like our old Z2 Ft. Edobean video, with some instrumental footage from the 2019 version mixed in.
(I can't post 2 videos in one post, so you can check it out here!)
There are all the highlights from the news portion of the stream. Like I said earlier, this was all info you all were previously informed about in recent update posts, but this is still a convenient little recap in case you missed any of that info.
Immortal Smoke should be ready in a few days, till then, I'll see you in the next post! :)
