Technically yes, it was mainly cut short in favor of the new art style that makes pages easier to make. Same happened to IHHAT Vol. 2's ch. 1 and IHHAT Vol. 1's TE Ch. 5. Chapter 2 for Black Circus will continue from where it left off.

It's more focused on what happens to the character(s), but vore is definitely the main theme for this story.
