New tier for exclusive Time-laps videos and future animation gifs!

The high tier takes into account the amount of time that goes into each video/project. There will still be public videos from time to time as well as public gifs. For now, the goal is to have at least 1-2 videos/gifs a month. Either can be both SFW or NSFW.
