Hi guys! This is me trying to share with you guys some early release videos. :) Though... this will be going live tomorrow, so it's not all that early haha. Hi guys! This is a whispered asmr video to help with anxiety/stress and fall asleep quickly. 💤 It has a guided breathing meditation, candle burning, ear cleaning, tapping, water sounds, tacky/squishy sounds, personal attention, affirmations, and more. 💜 Sounds and tapping start kind of fast in the beginning and slow down to a gentle, sleepy pace. Hope you enjoy and can fall asleep in less than 30 minutes! This really is a wonderful video. Totally off topic, but I was wondering, Sarah, if you have done or would consider doing a Q&A session for your patreons? We would submit questions, but you would control which questions you answer, so you don’t have to worry if something goes too far into the “personal zone.” I’ve seen a few other artists on Patreon do this and it’s very well received. Just a suggestion.

Hi Sarah, I really enjoyed this one, thank you. I have a query/suggestion - would you be able to host more of your sleep videos on Patreon please? When I try watching them on YouTube, if I fall asleep before the end (which I usually do!) I then get jolted awake by the adverts YouTube play when a video ends, which totally defeats the object of trying to sleep! Whereas when a video ends on Patreon my phone just goes into hibernation and it’s quiet. Would be great if you could consider it please?
