Happy December! (Patreon)

Thank you lovely patrons for being on here this December. As you know I was in the hospital getting a heart condition checked out. Now I'm home resting and working on some very festive goodies for you this month. 

You can expect great cleaning motivation for the holidays where you have tons of guests, some gentle self-care tips for staying stress free this time of year and even more yoga for a fit and happy body. 

I have so much gratitude in my heart for your loving support and wonderful friendships we've started on here.
