It's a beautiful rainy day and being inside got me thinking about how to care for the soul on cloudy dark winter days. 


1. Wear something bright or playful and don't be afraid to dress up and have a "you day", even at home. 

2. Spend 10 minutes in the mroning meditating or praying on how you would like your day to go emtionally. What is your number one feeling you want to experience today? 


I'm going to go enjoy my rainy day and have some fun, feel loved and try to make sure my little family is feeling happy.
