Concept: 

A symbiotic Lifeform! Aside from the evident psychical changes, it Invades the brain and the spine of the host, making it impossible to remove. 

Once the transformation is over, the creature will lay thousands of eggs inside the victim which they will grow at different rates, thus making the victim lay at least from 5to 10 eggs per day (in some cases even more) for approximately one year.

It doesn't really affect the host mind, but it gives "him" a strong "maternal" instinct. Making it impossible for the victim to have any kind of normal life.

The victim will be freed after the one year lapse, but there are known cases of the alien taking " a liking" for the victim... not ever releasing it.
