I really don't have the feeling are into boys intimate parts so I really wish she will switch gender. But I would love to like the dilemme between getting his perfect girlfriend and "lost" his best friend

I am also pretty turned off by "boys intimate parts" and typically arrow past any scenes that include them. I'm not judging, it's just not for me.

I think he would have the dilemma that if his friend changed completely into a girl, he would lose his friend, so he wants to stop the transition from completing, even though his friend would become his perfect wife. Maybe then, after some experimentation, he would discover that she is actually perfect after all like that. I also like the futanari idea. She could have swings and roundabouts in the playground.
