So, last time I checked before the poll deadline was over, Mental was winning, but then I didn't checked for hours after the deadline and then Physical had more votes...
Since I'm not really sure who was winning at the moment of the deadline,
I'll just make both! :p

might end picking up some randoms as well

Not sure yet if I'll make it so that both effects happens at the same time
or one before the other, we will see :p

Example: getting more feminine overall, breast or bum growing, hair color change etc.

Mental:

I would love to see the physical changes happening slowly but mental changes can all happen immediately in my opinion x3 Or maybe he slowly starts to change physicaly because of his new mentality ^-^

This may be more difficult for you to draw this way, rather than having a physical change happen all at once, but I would like to see the various physical changes all happen simultaneously, but gradually in stages, as each of the various mental changes happen, e.g., maybe something like: --- Stage 1: waist gets slightly smaller, legs, arms, fingers, nails get slightly longer, hips get slightly wider, breasts get slightly larger, hair gets slightly longer and more feminine style, and colour changes slightly, clothes, shoes, jewellery, make-up all get slightly more feminine, but pose, stance, body language, actions and movements get completely feminine all at one time. --- Stage 2: Maybe, the wife-to-be (WTB) makes some comment about still being male, or in control, or macho, but the husband-to-be (HTB) makes a different observation. There are more gradual physical changes to body, hair, clothes etc., which match what the HTB wants or says, the WTB becomes completely submissive and matches what the HTB wants, believes her name is a feminine name, and that she should be prioritising all of the things that he wants her to. --- Stage 3: The WTB is freaking out about what is happening and how he/she can't control what she is doing anymore. The HTB is having some guilt about his former male friend now becoming his fantasy girl. The physical changes all finish and the new WTB gets very frisky and horny with her new HTB, who is still guilty and embarrassed by the changes to his former male friend. --- Final Stage: The new WTB is fully committed and excited about getting to the wedding and honeymoon so she can be the perfect wife. The HTB is still getting dragged along, confused, guilty and embarrassed, but unable to resist the charms of his fantasy girl. A nice twist would be for the honeymoon to end up like the 'Turnabout Wedding Night' short comic, where the perfect new wife was actually the Domme, and the new husband was the feminised sub, being taken by his new wife and/or some other 'helpers'.

We've got to get that ring off of you right now!" But the wife-to-be waves off his concern while heading into the kitchen. "I can't worry about that now." He puts on a ruffled apron. "I have to keep an eye on dinner. We're having your favorite and I wouldn't want it to burn!"
