I'd love to see a transformation sequence where the subject can control it. Start with the character already as a beautiful woman grabbing all the guys' attention at a Halloween party. Then she's in the bed of the man who took her home. The next morning she's quietly sneaking out. When she gets back home, she's undressing. As the first magical earring comes off, her chest shrinks a lot, and suddenly there's a bulge in her panties. With the second one, he's full boy mode now.
