Hello everyone, and happy Sneak Peek Thursday! 

Today, I'm showing off a part of the next set of maps to support the Lunch Break Heroes adventure I shared last week: The Embers of Hubris. 

As your players devise a way to lay an ambush for The Architect to escape Mourninghold, they must traverse the vast underground network to find a series of doors leading to support pillars that can be knocked down. By doing so, the hope is to draw out The Architect and ambush the creature to destroy its crystal heart and magic, keeping Mourninghold together.

The next set of maps will feature each of the three guardian doors your players will need to enter. But before they can enter these doors, they will need to defeat the guardian at each location. These maps will each be unique and distinct from one another, and I think you will have some very stunning environments to run these encounters on. 

I had so much fun building the church face on this map; I'm going to use it in a more generic gothic church map in the near future for sure. 

I can't wait to share this work with you all come Monday! The Mourninghold project has been large, and I don't know how I've kept up with four new maps a week outside of a copious amount of coffee, but I'm certain you're going to enjoy the final result!
