Sent down by Lovers, Judgement seek the gulity. But Lovers tries to only summon him when it is truely necessary, for unlike his sister Justice he hunts down any wrong, from war crimes to stealing food for the poor, none are safe from his wrath .

Because of this he and Justice often argue and fight over the treatment of the mortals
