That lady in the hospital you weren't sure where you'd seen her before is Ninette Finch and is basically in EVERYTHING that requires an older woman with a few lines.. She was in Derek, probably where you remember her from as she has a bigger role in that show.. also in the Inbetweeners, Extras, Afterlife, Harry Potter, IT Crowd, Mighty Boosh etc.. I swear she pops up in everything lmao

I like all the cast but the script and jokes are just too cringe in this TV series. His interaction with the kids is about the only bit i liked.

Every time Rik appears and starts hamming it up with those ridiculous 'what, me?' expressions the show jumps up a gear or two. I feel like it's operating on two levels at the moment, one more serious and the other completely crazy with Rik and guinea pigs getting smashed about, so maybe it'll choose to settle on one lane eventually I don't know.
