Not what I would've chosen, i like watching Americans reacting to British (or at least overseas) things like comedy but it has enough British talent and I'll know the big man will laugh often and that's what matters. Ps Josh please put Derry Girls and maybe Summer Heights High on a list somewhere plz

Almost the whole cast is English. Personally I just like watching the best stuff and there’s so much great stuff outside the uk.

Dear mr J.B. Bollocks: I like Derry Girls, and I think given we're a small island we punch way above our weight re. comedy. But there are some phenomenally funny US(and Australian presumably) shows out there, and whenever they get put up there's always this gatekeeping element who say 'it's not British, and Josh likes British shows'. Like they've got a pipeline inside his head. Also, the fact that the show that almost won this slot was Jonathan Creek should tell you where sticking only to British stuff ends up, Someone else said that a lot of the voting list for this slot looked like the schedule for UK Gold and they were right. It's scraping the barrel when people are suggesting On The Buses as a serious contender.

I was speaking for myself and in my own interests, not Josh's (although I'm positive Josh will love The Girls and Mr B, Jonah..like belly laughs.) I prefer to see reactors react to things they wouldn't be normally exposed to, Josh could turn on the TV and watch many great US comedies (I suggested Veep to him), I want to make him aware of great comedies I know) I admit the suggestion recently are pretty bleak (Christ no On The Buses) but something like The Comedy Strip Presents..Green Wing (3 seasons?) or Coupling would have been cool Anyway I've gone on too long, I don't really mind what we get as long as the big man is happy
