Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!    Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!!

This was a great episode I look forward to part two. I suspect Del is going to Miami to possibly meet up with the Romanian wine dealer or maybe someone connected with him. Because of how concerned he looked after his phone call.

Thanks for watching folks !!! Hopefully, you all are happy, safe, and healthy !!

As always I would love to read your comments below

American dream ?

Miami Twice: The American Dream. Part 2 is called "Oh To Be In England". :-)

Scott

Cheers mate. Thought it was just called part 1 and 2 lol

AWR93

Can’t wait for Josh’s reaction to the next part of Miami twice, it’s going to be hilarious!

A

Completely forgot about the American feature specials great 👍🏻

AWR93

Yes Josh, these episodes were originally aired separately, 1 day apart on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day of 1991. On subsequent dvd releases it’s been edited into a “movie”.

I just nearly lost my mind thinking there was an episode of OFAH i had not seen until i realised it is Miami Twice 🤣

Makes me laugh when people claim Fossil Fuels harm the Planet. They were created millions of years ago, the damage was done back then. You're releasing the CO2 back, you aren't created new CO2. Besides CO2 levels are among the lowest in history and is less than a percent of the greenhouses gases. Whenever they show charts, they show recent history and try to edit it to make it look bad. Any ways plants love CO2, they do even better with higher CO2 levels, why we pump it in to greenhouses. What do we love? Oxygen and plants to breathe and provide food... so why is there a war on CO2? Rising sea levels? So what? People will move, sea levels don't rise over night. Besides sea levels rise and fall all the time throughout history, I mean in the Middle Ages it was way hotter than it is today. Grapes being grown in the UK, we had a really nice hot age back then.... where was all the CO2? I mean one Volcano puts out more than all of Humans combined. Now there is a war on trees, apparently they create too much CO2, they want to chop them all down and turn them into bogs. There is a war on mosquitos and termites, despite them being critical to the food chain. Just elites wanting to control the world for profit, like this virus that has an average age of death of 83.... but force everyone to have a Vaccine and make billions. The green movement makes me laugh too, Bio fuels are made by chopping down trees. Yet that is green? But Fossil Fuels are bad despite not having any impact on the planet, other than the odd oil spill that gets cleaned up fast. What about all these solar panels that require rare earth metals and quartz? Then they have to chop down woods to put them down. the same with windmills. They did that near to me, chopped down a whole wood to put solar panels down... made me laugh. Raping the natural land to make this "green" energy, it only seems green because it doesn't put out fumes where we live.... it does in China where it is all manufactured though lol. All the batteries as well, where will all the waste go? Plus we have to have traditional power stations running any ways as "green" energy is intermittent. All an elitist lie designed to get you to pay more in tax to keep them rich.

Thanks for the early upload! Perfect for after work here

This might be a good reaction on YouTube before Sunday if you’re able to, a good tie in with the Euros - Del Boy’s message to the England manager https://youtu.be/Ke0jYD4oHCs And this one https://youtu.be/BbzqhhGB6yg Both really short

Richard M

The Rodney/Damien baby intercom scene is one of my favourites of the series 😄

Anonymous

Yes it’s Sir Richard Branson, owner of the whole Virgin empire. Look out for another celebrity appearance in Part 2 😀.

Enjoyed watching your reaction to this Josh. If you can, try and watch the second part without the shoe-horned in 'canned laughter'. It over takes some of the speaking (as you see on the plane) and the original was done without it, like to Hull & Back - god knows why they added it over the second part as it really detracts from it. I know on Netflix UK they have the original second part without the canned laughter, not sure if you can access that over in the States, but it's just a thought.

Andy Farmer

Thanks for the shout out Josh, no worries , glad they helped. Yeah the Britbox and Netflix ones have a lot cut out so even though they added a studio to give the laughter it still has all the scenes left in

Andy Farmer

No they still have a lot cut out of those so lesser of 2 evils really imo

Anonymous

I get what you're saying, but the laugh track does overtake some of the talking. But I guess it's down to Josh what he enjoys the most.

Unrelated but anyway: It’s coming home.

Steve Small

The joke about "Maxwell money" is in reference to Ghislaine Maxwell's dad (Ghislaine is Jeffrey Epstein's Co conspirator). Ghislaine's dad (Robert Maxwell) defrauded his company and stole the pension fund, before committing suicide.

Manly Stump

Alan Partridge: "You're no relation to Robert Maxwell? You're not going to go all fat and steal my pension?"

JokerDanny

can I request that Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps be added to the list of shows on the vote.

Keith Pratt

Josh, there was one scene missing. If you look at the episode on Britbox and watch from when Del and Rodney are at the airport, it immediately follows that scene.

NEXUS

Always found this episode to be far fetched for only fools and horse's, I guarantee you had no idea Josh where this episode was going. See the music is wrong at the christening, cheapskates not paying the music fee!

AWR93

The next part of Miami Twice is David Jason’s (Del Boy) favourite episode.

Charlie

Re. Trigger getting serious in the pub over Del Boy and Boycie joking about "Daphne from Neighbours", Neighbours is a very hammy Australian soap opera and Daphne was its first regular character to be killed onscreen. It's very much a time and place joke, in the late eighties and early nineties Neighbours was enormously popular in the UK, mostly with housewives and teenagers but apparently with Trigger too.

Really pleased you managed to find the double length version of Miami Twice, its as close to “uncut” as you can get without managing to catch the occasional television re-runs here in the UK. Massive massive shout out to whoever located it for you, tried in vain to track it down myself for you last week but could only find the well known butchered Netflix/Britbox versions during my search.

Anonymous

Yeah it was Richard Branson. As he's about to go in to space tomorrow, pretty apt timing of this episode !

Anonymous

Aye, hilarious. Its just such a shame that US copyright runs roughshod over our IP laws... I'm an IP lawyer and I'm looking at you Google/ youtube. Parody is fine within reason on both sides of the pond. Oh well

Sam Dilks

God! I hope that fake canned laughter isn’t throughout the next episode? Normally when the next episode is broadcast in UK, it’s with no laughter track so knowing all the laughter I heard on the plane and will potentially hear next week, will ruin it slightly

Anonymous

Yes originally part one had a traditional studio audience and part two had no audience like To Hull and Back. Then the DVD version had laughter throughout. A kind interpretation is that they showed the second part to an audience at the time but there’s a suspicion the laughter is fake. I’d love to know the truth! Anyway - part one is pure gold in my opinion, part two less so.

Josh

Impressed that you got the Richard Branson joke at the end there. Certainly went over my head the first time I watched.
