Dont take Taskmaster off as it has 85 episodes.. it's not like that.. there are seperate series.. you should do a vote for what series is best and add that to the list with its 8 episodes. Saying it has 85 episodes is like saying you can't watch the news cos there is 2075302894629 episodes and you'll never catch up in time 😂😂 Just imagine Taskmaster Series 1 is its own show, as is series 2 and 3 and so on.

Jay

I'm not sure why there's been so many comments suggesting that there's nothing decent left in these polls. I think there's still so much great comedy to react to in this list. Personally I really look forward to Spaced and League of Gentlemen reactions, but I'm happy with pretty much everything in this list.

Jade Nepia

How the fuck is what we do in the shadows at the bottom?

Jay

I think the general opinion is that Josh should watch the movie first, which is probably why it's not getting many votes.

Jade Nepia

what happened to flight of the concords?

Anonymous

Dont know where we're going, got no way of knowing..driving on THE ROADD TO NOWHEREEEE

Gary Tamblyn

Even though there’s other shows on the list I’d ordinarily vote for, by voting for those I’m reducing the chance of Max and Paddy’s Road to Nowhere getting through (as a natural follow on to Thursday Nights Phoenix Nights). But if I don’t vote for the other shows, they may not make it onto the next list. Dilemma, dilemma 😃

Gary Tamblyn

Isn’t Task Master just a game show where the odd celebrity, that Josh may or may not recognise, has to roll a marble along a garden while blindfolded in a sleeping bag, or fill a bucket with water using a fork and a piece of string while standing in jelly ? Perhaps 8 episodes would be ok, but it would probably get a bit repetitive after a while ? I mean, I’d watch it. It’s amusing and passes the time, but not sure there’s much to react to, unless there’s specific good episodes out there. Perhaps I’ve not seen enough good ones. Alternatively, what’s Series 1 of “The News” like ? Was it any good ? 🙂

Vote for Porridge! It is time

Louis Hessey-Antell

I don’t know why the Thick of It keeps coming up short. Office fans should be backing that to the hilt!

Anonymous

please vote for The Mighty Boosh guys

Michael

Honestly the Thick of It is THE MOST underrated show amongst the patrons. GUYS IF YOU CAN READ THIS AND YOU'VE NOT SEEN THE THICK OF IT, you're doing yourselves a disservice! It's so fking good

Michael

The Thick of It is the most UNDERRATED show amongst the patreons. HAS to be xD cmon lads its gold

Anonymous

People please please vote for Gavin and Stacey 👌👌👌🇬🇧🇬🇧👌👌👌

Anonymous

I hope space does not win looks crap

(Just) Steve

Not that it'd still make the poll due to the length of it, but if you ever do watch Men Behaving Badly i'd suggest skipping the first six episodes (first season).

Anonymous

I know Josh likes Matt Berry so I would like to recommend Year of the Rabbit to be added to the next poll. Only 6 episodes.

Anonymous

Another classic UK sitcom you may be interested in is Open All Hours (26 episodes). It has a remarkable interaction between the two main characters played by Ronnie Barker and David Jason.

Alexander Bond

Well here goes again. Been voting for the same 5 shows for months now. Fingers crossed. Although clearly from previous results, CFWM or G&S is a certainty.

Alexander Bond

The odds are in your favour this time, the winner will either be G&S or Come Fly, and if Come fly wins this one, G&S will definitely be next.

Alexander Bond

It's irrelevant mate, G&S or Come Fly have it in the bag this time. Just look at all previous poll results. All other shows will have to wait until those have been watched.

Anonymous

If .. space...wins just shoot me We just want another British classic .... Come on Brits vote for the proper stuff

Whitts collection

I really want to see the league of gentlemen it's so unique.

Anonymous

Looking forward to Spaced - I'm sure it'll happen. Reckon you'll love it after the Cornetto Trilogy.

Sam Reeves

Surely Spaced has it this time !

Anonymous

Where is This Country?

Anonymous

Hi Josh, could you add One foot in the grave and Still game to the 26+ list please, both classic comedies, both about the older generation, sounds boring but they are brilliantly written. Just good friends written by OFAH's writer John Sullivan is very good too, that has 21 episodes.

Anonymous

Come fly with me is in first place, sorry josh but you have got some morons telling you what to watch

Anonymous

At least it's only six episodes... Can't believe some of the rubbish making its way on these polls. Ah well, let's get the dross out of the way :D

Anonymous

Got to keep the faith with Darkplace! Mad how Mr Bean is so popular

lemmy101

blows my mind that Max and Paddy's would be drawing with the calibre of Black Books and Spaced :D

Gary Tamblyn

I’d say all 3 are equally just above average, but would prefer M&P at the moment, as we’ve already seen the 12 episodes of the prequel 🙂.

Anonymous

A shout for One Foot in the Grave on the 26+ list. It always seems to be missed out and is one I think will hit the right spot.

Anonymous

Come on SPACED!

Anonymous

Not with Gavin and Stacy and Come Fly With Me, and other drivel on the list it won't.

Anonymous

Unfortunately, I can't see it making it anytime soon. Not a lot of people have seen it, so won't get many votes.

Cherzo

from info which you obviously didnt bother reading The bottom 8 Shows from the Previous Poll-Removed 1. Dead Pixels 12 Episodes 8-Votes 2. Early Doors 12 Episodes 19-Votes 3. Filthy Rich & Catflap-6 Episodes 30-Votes 4. This Country 19 Episodes 57-Votes 5. Hello Ladies 9 Episodes 54-Votes 6. Wallace & Gromit 22 Episodes 61-Votes 7. What We Do in the Shadows 20 Episodes 69-Votes 8. Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em 23 Episodes 77-Votes

The Kernowyon Penguin

I really want the Mighty Boosh to win one of these days, it's such a unique and bizarre show, it'd be brilliant to see how Josh reacts to it!

Glenn Y

Battlestar Galactica. You're welcome

Anonymous

Every comedy ever made must be reacted to. Even That's My Boy with Mollie Sugden, The Gaffer with Bill Maynard, landlady comedy Constant Hot Water, The Other Arf, Lame Ducks and Valentines Park with David Thewliss.

mrtheevilmage

Now I love green wing...absolutely fantastic comedy/drama..miles ahead of say...Gavin and Stacey But i am afraid I am voting for Max and Paddys road to nowhere just cause I really like the finale

Anonymous

Hey Josh, I recently suggested 'Flight of the Conchords' as a series to react to, I wonder is there a reason it didn't make the poll? It's under 27 episodes and isn't a sketch show. Thanks!

Anonymous

It's a shame hello ladies got taken off, it's hillarious probably my favourite show of any of the trio since they broke up. Never got much attention though so I think a lot of people on here probably haven't seen it

Andy Farmer

I`ve never heard of that, if it doesn`t end up on a poll here I`ll check it out, thanks Peter

Michael Harrop

Please let it finally be Gavin & Stacey's time 🤞🙏🤞🙏 I honestly think Josh would love the characters

Peter

I think we should have an early doors showing of a long running show, by that I mean Friday Night Dinner. Out of respect for Paul Ritter 🙏

Anonymous

I'm hoping for Gavin and Stacey, I would change my vote to Spaced just to stop Black Books if Black Books overtakes it however.

Anonymous

Have you done any league of gentlemen. It’s really brilliant

Ed

I'm not sure if it'd count but I'd love to see Josh react to all the Top Gear specials. I know he's done a reaction to 'Run out of Alabama' from the US one but would like to see what he thinks of the trio's adventures in the full episodes. Would that be possible to add to future lists?

Anonymous

Spaced is so close to winning!

Contex - It's Just A Ride

Hey Josh, Can we get Ideal on one of these lists sometime. Great show.

Alexander Bond

I think the Spaced people are going to have to have a poll war with the Max and Paddy people. 8 votes in it.

Anonymous

If Max & Paddy wins this one, I really hope these Spaced voters come back in six weeks time to give it more support, I feel like this is the closest we've come! it would be a shame to fall back down the list again

Z is for Zed

I remember liking black books back when it was on, but when I saw it recently I didn't like it much, just everyone in it.

Ste_UTB

Hopefully Max&Paddy wins, wouldn't feel right watching Phoenix Nights and leaving it

Daniel

So happy to see Mid morning matters on here, in my opinion it's the pinnacle of partridge. I've been suggesting this to Josh for a solid year, up with the partridge!

Rich Moyse

Who’s voting for gavin and Stacy 🤔

Alexander Bond

Yes, I didn't expect much of it when it started, really low budget, but it's got some of the best Partridge ever, and spawned the movie.

Kieran B

Even if it doesn’t win this time I think it will win in the next poll

Anonymous

Really surprised Benidorm has never been in the polls, its a British classic.

Anonymous

Who’s voting for black books??? 😂😂

Anonymous

black books is trash but id be happy with come fly with me or spaced

Jack Morgan

Awesome idea. Even if you're not into cars, the specials are worth it for the comedy alone!

Anonymous

If league of gentlemen and inside no9 ever get slots , after them psychoville is just brilliant , very dark and bizarre but also very funny and gripping.

A

Psychoville is so so good!

ArtVandalHey!

Come on Spaced and Black Books!!!

lemmy101

That Max and Paddys is beating them is triggering me somewhat haha. Cheap lame spin off vs two of the greats.

Mick Mills

Not a fan of Phoenix nights but for those that are I guess Max and Paddy is a natural follow up. I've tried to get into Phoenix nights but its just not clicking.

Anonymous

It's fair enough that Max & Paddy will likely win this one, for two short running series that are directly connected to follow one another just makes sense! I hoped for the same thing with KMKY to precede I'm Alan Partridge, so it would be hypocritical of me to complain! Not that I would complain, I actually haven't seen Phoenix Nights or Max & Paddy, they may be really good! just didn't get into them. What I really hope though is that the Spaced voters and the Black Books voters come back and vote again in six weeks time and show this amount of support, after coming this close it would be a shame to miss out again. I say that especially as I'm down to having only one show a week that I regularly watch! I had almost a full seven when I joined here but that's how it goes.

Anonymous

I’d love to see Friday Night Dinner on a poll

Jack Nicholas

I really hope The Thick of It wins a poll one day.

Kieran B

It is on the poll list, mentioned in the post, but it’s a longer series so will be in the poll when only fools / peep show finishes

Anonymous

Is there any chance you’ll watch the bottom live shows?

Gary Tamblyn

I think most of the comedies that everyone sees as classics are being crossed off the list, we’re slowly being left with cult / niche shows that split opinion. Spaced and Black Books seems to be grouped together, possibly because the brilliant Bill Bailey is in both ? Hopefully it’ll pan out that shows that fall within similar niches (people that voted for this also voted for that) will appear on a limited number of days, so there is a good representation across the week for everyone. However I think that’ll only happen if the Polls are split into niches. It would be good if the poll software indicated clusters of shows that different groups voted for. That way you wouldn’t get two Rickey Gervais shows running concurrently, when it would be better if they ran sequentially. I personally don’t mind that, but there are a sizeable amount of people who can’t stand him and would rather be watching something different.

BigChanChan

Anyone know if there's a way to search tags or categories all in one place. There's a few show reactions form Josh that I want to see, that I missed originally, like the IT Crowd ones for example and I don't want to be having to scroll all the way down the feed to find them everytime.

Anonymous

Click on account, then click memberships then click on josh's channel. A search bar will come up that says 'search posts'.

Anonymous

Needs to be League of Gentlemen

Anonymous

Dark place..only 6 episodes

Anonymous

Knowing me Knowing you and Come fly with me

Daniel

I'm hoping for more Alan too! Mid morning matters has a slim chance but I think that's one of his best pieces of work.

Luke Barron

I'm actually surprised and saddened that Game On didn't get more votes. That's one of the better ones on the list imo. I like to think I have a pretty broad sense of humor but Black Books... yuck. Bill Bailey is ok but Dylan Moran is an unlikeable & unfunny twat. Max and paddy I have never heard of but Peter Kay is hilarious, so I'm optimisitic!

Anonymous

I loved Game On but it was quite a niche sitcom broadcast 25 years ago. I doubt many people under 35 have heard of it.

Andy Farmer

Ah Game On was brilliant, yeah I'm mid 40s so I see what you mean about certain age groups not knowing it
