Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!    Spoiler Alert !!!!   Spoiler Alert !!!!Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!! Spoiler Alert !!!!

This was a funny episode my favorite part was Brian slowing going up the stairs trying to talk dirty ." Won't be long now", "Just you wait." , "Things I'm gonna do to you." lol. I wonder what he was saying to Brian when he turned the hand dryer on.  I heard covered in piss . I am pretty sure the joke was crafted that way so you can come up with your own conclusion but I got nothing lol. I cant think of what he could have been talking about . It was sweet that she liked his terrible singing and funny when he said wind beneath my wheels. Also when the lady tried to get him to buy her a rose and he said fuck off and she just smiled lol. I think he should have forgave the gal ,it kind of sad they didn't work out. I know some people are firm believers in that old saying "When someone shows you who they are believe them the first time" , so don't expect them to change or in some cases don't keep them in your life giving them the opportunity to screw you again. But it is what it is . This was a good episode I enjoyed it, funny mixed with a bit of sad .

Dailymotion Blocked this episode of the show . I am pretty sure there will be question like why was this episode blocked and not others from the same show. Unfortunately like YouTube Dailymotion does not explain inconsistencies in there copyright policies. All disputes I have attempted in the passed end in a rejections . There three other links please utilize those. If you don't want lag issues its best to download them first and watch instead of streaming directly . If you have a decent internet connecting you should be fine with streaming from OneHub or Google Drive

 Thanks .

My favourite line in this has to be "I know who you are, who are ya?!

ALW

I think he should have forgiven her too. She was honest fairly early, and seemed regretful. A shame!

What is the password for Dailymotion?

Anonymous

It says 95 is wrong?

At the beginning of the Singles Night, you can hear them say "They're all minging", as in "ugly"

TheHigh

if you're going to watch the documentary about the Iranian embassy raid it NEEDS to be the real doc (the one with actual interview of the sas guys who went in there) the animated one is good and all but does not do it justice whatso ever imo! another amazing reaction for youtube would be "fly with the raf quick reaction alert crews" its such a fantastic watch and explains how every single second there are people ready to defend our skies at a moments notice.

Potter's love interest in this was also one of the tax inspectresses in I'm Alan Partridge series 2.

Rich Moyse

No links work, says the password is wrong on daily motion

What you gonna do when you've reacted to all the funny UK comedy shows and movies? Life's gonna seem hollow!! I've got a good idea though, Josh : Albanian comedy shows!!!! Or the Kyrgyzstani Karl Pilkington Stories!!

"'Angin'" = Hanging. It's a Manchester term for ugly or horrible.

Kieran B

Don’t think it’s a bad episode at all, the stairlift scene is a standout

Austin Stratton

By the way it's Nonce not Nunce lol.. It's an acronym that stands for Not Of Normal Criminal Element

Anonymous

The name they used for the coroner:- https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mixu_Paatelainen He was playing for Bolton Wanderers at the time.

Gary Tamblyn

Perhaps the Copyright strike was related to the music used in this episode ?

Austin Stratton

"Thinking of giving her a pearl necklace!" 🤣 That definitely passed Josh by lmao

Ed

Thought it meant Not On Normal Courtyard Exercise

Steve King

I'm British (Southerner) and that confused me too so don't worry, Josh. Down here "hanging" means hung-over

Peter

I remember crying with laughter years ago at the opening phone call, it’s the part where the police officer just says “I beg your pardon” that gets me and then follows the fart down the phone 😂

BigChanChan

Apart from the the stair lift scene, I loved the Mary, Joseph and the joinery joke that Josh missed. Very subtle comedy but made me chuckle. There was a few jokes like that in this episode.

On the letter that’s shown you see that her full name is Beverley Hillscop 😂

I'm glad you liked this episode, Josh. I loved the part where Brian was taking her upstairs too, There is a lot of humour in here that probably doesn't translate. In many ways, it is a nostalgia piece about northern English working clubs that have largely disappeared. Beyond the more raucous moments in this show, the seemingly quiet moments of the show are filled with a dry cynical working-class wit that is naturally embedded in the conversation rather than the formulaic feed line punch line + laughter track format of so many other sitcoms. Personally, I find series 1 stronger for reasons I will save for now to avoid spoilers, but this episode and "Disco Inferno" are high points for me. An outrageous comedic situation driving the story, but masterfully punctuated with that unique subtle and cynical humour that so many other shows lack.
