Spoiler Free: Hey folks we are here again ,at the ending of another Season 1 . We have finished season 1 for every show except for Peep Show .It's wild how fast this is going by , I look forward to the second season of Only Fools  . Its always awesome to see a show's natural evolution. I think it makes you appreciate the show a lot more when you experience it from the beginning . When Only Fools was first brought up in the comment section on Youtube along with other shows. I remember how many people asked me to skip full seasons or particular episodes of shows . I think doing that takes away valuable character building and an overall appreciation for the shows growth. There are blogs , forums and videos dedicated to season and episode skips . I don't think I could every skip seasons or episode of a show I am watching for the first time . I will always feel like I am missing something .

I'm curious what camp are you all in ,the skip it clan or the full watch crew ??

Thanks for watching folks !!! Hopefully you all are happy , safe and healthy !!

As always I would love to read your comments below .

Well said josh

"Lay back and think of England" is a saying said to women who sleep with men they don't particularly want to sleep with. Another way of saying it would perhaps be to "take one for the team". Del bastardised the saying and used it in a different way.

Vin ordinaire IS table wine.

Daniel French

Full watch certainly, it definitely builds as a show!!

Steve Small

You may not know it as table wine in the states. Its a cheap bottle of house wine.

BelladonnicHazeyJaneII

Definitely the full watch. Especially with something like Only Fools. The characters' personalities and backstories are such a major part of what makes it great and you'd have been missing out on so much by only watching certain episodes. Thanks for the upload ✌

I agree with you I think you get a better appreciation for the show if you watch it from the beginning but I admit i would have probably said to skip certain episodes before you started watching but more out of respect for you. Some of the episodes can be a little slow and they are more nostalgic to people from the UK so harder for somebody from outside of the UK to enjoy as much. But you will definitely enjoy the funnier episodes having got to know their characters better.

The enemy = wife. Cockney rhyming slang (enemy and strife).

Lourdes is a religious place of healing in France. UK believers sometimes make pilgrimages there with their ill relatives.

Lairy = loud and obnoxious

Will you be starting bottom season 2? 🙂

Jake Lol

I can’t wait for the other seasons when all the characters are introduced , there are so many main characters that are not in the show yet , I didn’t realise they were introduced so late , but I definitely think as the seasons go on... it gets soooo much better and funnier , I think season 1 was just abit of a test

Ah, the first of the many, many, many, many, many, many Christmas specials.

this 1st season is very average, it does get better and better

Not a fan of the first season but definitely appreciate you going through it from start to finish. I hope you can start watching 2 episodes a week, as there’s many episodes to go - and I’m impatient haha!

Hey Josh! Love these OFAH reactions! Regarding the longer episodes, the last episode of season 4 (To Hull and Back) is a 90 minute special and is one of the classic episodes. And then towards the end of season 5 all the episodes are between 50-90 minute classics!

Agreed, I only skip episodes if I have watched a show already. I might sometimes skip filler episodes but otherwise on a first watch I watch the whole thing. Thanks you and stay safe =]

I am excited to keep going, I keep hearing that it gets much better as the show goes on. Thanks bro have a great day =]

Full Watch Crew here! You summed it up perfectly, you’d not get to know the characters properly if you skip episodes or watch clips. You’ll gain much more affection for the characters by watching from the beginning. Not only this show but any of the shows you choose.

Jonny

I think my favorite comedy series of all time. The writing is outstanding and each character is interesting and funny in their own right. In some parts there is tragedy but it is so well woven into the story all it does it make you care about the characters which then adds a whole new dimension to everything. Thank you for watching this Josh it is an absolute pleasure to watch it all again but with your reactions. You are so dammed likeable it feels like you are watching with a friend.

This is my fav show ever I promise you it gets better by each season. Xmas specials are ridiculously good all of them. Became a patreon just for this show tbh.

If you are pressed for time you can skip, of course, but part of my love for the show was watching it grow.

Chillin'withSpiders

Nah, you're right. Don't skip. I grew up with Only Fools and Horses being a regular thing we watched as a family and some of these early episodes are new to me. If you missed 'em on TV back in the day there wasn't much you could do about it. You watching the whole thing through is a good opportunity to catch the odd episodes that slipped by people like me.

Joe

Watch it all is my way . This brings me back this
