Fun fact, or not so fun for poor Alex, the "have the most pleasure from these tubes" task was the first (and hopefully only) time that Alex was seriously injured during TM. When Fern walked off and left Alex in the tubes he fell over, fracturing his right eye socket, and was knocked unconscious. You can still see the scar during one of Sarah's tasks in the next episode. Alex can also be briefly seen wearing sunglasses to hide the injury during a task that Fern was doing in episode 8 (although it's clear that he's trying to stay off camera as much as possible).
