I think the way Colin brought Nandor back to life was by telling him interesting stuff about himself. Like, that he had a relationship with Davy Crockett. It's the opposite of telling boring stuff to people and draining them.

I appreciate that this show is willing to make proper changes, like Guillermo's turning and the fact of it being revealed to the rest of the house. It keeps you on your toes when a show lets you know it's prepared to make real changes to the characters' lives.
