I worked at a MHC, and we had a client who was part of Twin Flames. She was obsessed with Jeff, could only talk about Twin Flames, and was convinced she would marry Jeff. Her family tried to keep her there as long as they could (she was a young adult (maybe 23) and super lovely and bright but absolutely sold on this. Very sad.
