They already have executed an innocent person by electric chair, in either the 1930’s or 40’s, a 14 year old African-American boy who was just found innocent by new evidence not too long ago. In order for the head electrode to properly fit they had to have the poor kid sit on his freaking Bible because the chair was not made for a 14 year old boy.
