Lots of "winners" here!

AzureAKASapphire

it seems the more sexy one will win again.

Edranair

Welp, looks like FF is winning again. Not my thing, but you still make great work even when it's not my thing (and sometimes, you still make it fully wholesome which is just... *delighted squeals*). Either way, looking forward to what you make of it, it's always enjoyable :)

I admit I feel like I'm just drawing the same thing at this point, over and over again, only with a slightly different scenario. People genuinely love repetition after all.

Edranair

Yeah. There's one guy I follow who once described 95% of anime characters as "Really, the same 5 characters with slightly different hairstyles". People find something they like and they're conditioned to be consumers and believe that subtle variations of what they already have are all they want (even though if they actually want the same thing as before, the original is almost always still there), because it's easier and more comfortable than trying something different :( A phrase I always remember and try to stick to is "Don't step out of your comfort zone, *expand* your comfort zone. Sincerely try to find new things you like and get some variety in your media diet so your comfort zone isn't just the same thing a dozen times." I hope you get something new and interesting to draw soon <3

It doesn‘t habe to be forced. He may not like it at first, but he may agree that it‘s the only solution if he wants to stay close to her and yields to the unavoidable. Once in skirts, the relationship with his girlfriend starts to change: she loves seeing him rustling around in a maid‘s dress, and he sinks deeper and deeper into the world of submissive femininity. That woumdn‘t be forced, but circumstancial

Edranair

The initial femininity is still forced, though. There's no reasonable explanation for that to be the only solution except that others are coercing him. Also, 'forced by circumstance' is still forced.

Ok now hear me out... what if he actually wants to be a maid?

Anna Komnena

I respectfully disagree. "If I want to stay close to her, I have to dress up as her maid." is not forced, it's his own decision. It's a compromise, if you will. The way it is presented in the story is part of the narrator's skill and imagination. Of course there is always a suspension of disbelief in almost all of transgender fiction; it's the level of it that makes the difference. --- Take my idea that Pink has drawn for the last poll, for instance. Is the feminization forced? No, because he wants something from her and that's the only way he can get it. Is it silly? Of course. But at least we have given him some sort of a reason. Although I can concede that it can be quite challenging or even impossible to squeeze some sort of not-totally-ridiculous reasoning into a short sequence. It's much easier to do this in a longer story.

Edranair

But that's not the prompt. The prompt is "He gets kicked out and his only option is to be a maid for his friend". Like, if he has enough control or say in the matter to make a compromise, then it's not his only option. It's how I'd prefer it, but it's not the prompt.

Edranair

That does work, but that's kind of 'malicious compliance'; it's intentionally using the lack of specificity in the prompt's phrasing to deliberately do it in a way that they clearly didn't intend. Edit: Like, by all means have him love it after the fact, but the intention is clearly for him to be at least uneasy at the beginning

Anna Komnena

All I'm saying is that the wording allows for choosing another path, especially if Pink is a little tired of always having to take the "forced feminization" approach. There are ways around it without betraying the prompt. Anyway, our opinions don't matter that much, let's see what she will surprise us with ...
