It's the last day of 2017 and I look at MMM, and how far it came. I guess it's normal for anyone creating something to look at what one has done so far and be disappointed. But I keep the negative thoughts to myself and will fight with those on my own. Today and want to look back and forget the nagging feeling that I could or should have been developing this a lot faster.

The project started in late May 2016, shortly after seeing the project "FemDom" by Citor3 on Patreon. I fired up Unity and dove into developing. Early June 2016 I had my own Patreon page and posted my first stuff. It seems so long ago…

I learned so much since then. At first I thought I'd just be making kinky VR hypnosis sessions. But after I created that fan survey it was clear that a tool to create sessions was super important to people. To date two thirds of the 66 people who took the survey rated the importance of such a tool 7 or more (on a scale from 1 to 10). An overall of 22.7% (15 people) voted the 10, telling me to drop everything else and focus on that tool. So I heard you and a lot of my dev time on MMM goes into the Session Maker.

Another thing I realized that I shouldn't only make MMM for those into erotic hypnosis. Thinking about that I came to the conclusion tht I wanted to put MMM out there for everyone. But getting the Mind Melting Machine into stores by Google or Apple would probably be impossible. So I made a plan to make MMM into a "neutral" tool. I came up with the name "Mind Mending Machine", that anyone would be able to create and distribute sessions for it and everyone could get the kind of hypnosis that they want / need. The name for the stores will be "Mind Massaging Machine" though, as a particular person in my community came up with that much better fitting name.

And while I haven't reached a state that I could put into stores, I think I am not too far from it. The Session Maker allows you to create session with a lot of different features. Text subliminals, preset spirals, audio file, audiovisual brainwave synchronization and the whole thing can be looping or not. All that's missing are picture subliminals, a session icon (I haven't forgot about that) and support for a text script. At least those are the things it needs to be complete enough for a v1.0 I think. MMM has also come a long way from those first test spiral I did in mid-2016. I support so many platforms (partially due to Unity ever-expanding platform support), there's a hub with managable session library, user settings and there are already quite a range of possible spirals to use.

I'm so excited for 2018, the work I have planned for the next weeks, working on polishing things up to turn MMM into something that looks and feels semi-professional. I can't wait to see what people outside my tiny bubble think of it. And what kinds of sessions will I create for all of you after v1.0 is out there. And there are so many ideas for more features like scripted interactivity and realtime live sessions with hypnotists.

Let me tell you, I am so grateful! This is a wonderful journey and it is so unbelievably awesome to get so much support! I wish you all the greatest and best possible 2018! May all your known and unknown wishes come true in the best way!
