I attended an official Unity conference last week. I had some free time in the hotel to think about MMM, its recent progress, how to improve development and how to keep my supporters and fans updated.

In the last few wees and months I had many moments where I feel like I let you down. I post not often enough and development isn't going as smooth as I hoped. I still have to finish and deliver the first version of the session creator tool. And I haven't updated the project plan screenshot for what feels like forever. And I hate the feeling of letting you down.

But I didn't spend my time sulking, no I came up with a plan to fix that. So, what changes am I doing. First, I'll create a new Trello board for you to check what features I'm working on. I will develop in three week long sprints, and alpha supporters will get a new version with the end of each sprint. Beta supporters won't get each and every release, but I plan on maybe every other one. Also there will be at least one week exclusivity for alpha supporters. Every now and then there will be public releases, delayed by at least two weeks from alpha release and at least one week after beta release. It isn't as confusing and it sounds. Just know that there will be releases more often from now on and that I got a schedule for them.

I _think_ I'll have the stuff for the coming version done in time to release on Monday (July 3rd). Everyone, please keep you fingers crossed!

Also, I'd like to tell you a few of the things that your support did for me since the project started:
- it kept me motivated
- it urged and help me pay for some of the VR hardware I bought. While it might only make up for 5% of the costs you enabled me to test things on most of the VR headsets out there. Because, seriously, nobody needs a Vive and a Rift and a GearVR and Google Daydream and an OSVR HDK2 and several Google Cardboard headsets.
- it kept me motivated
- it gave me the opportunity to turn an idea for tinkering into a fully fledged project that will be released on the different platforms as v1.0
- and it kept me very motivated!

I am very humbled by your continued support!

And now, I'll get back to coding. There's some stuff I want finished on Monday. ;)
