Good vid, and boy was implementing firearms in 5e for me a pain in the ass. I will admit I did fall into those pitfalls you mentioned, and made the experience with them a bit clunky. Also tried implementing an armor system too for damage reduction against piercing type weapons, that also didn't work out right. And yeah also agree I don't like 5e but that's what everyone plays
