So thinking on it, i think part of what may be hindering my recovery is idleness, oddly enough. I'm starting to think 'lots of rest' actually isn't the solution.

My arms have felt incredibly week after 2 months of limited use, one week of nearly no use, and I don't think that's helping. So instead, I've got a few stretches that I'm doing about 3 times a day, as well as a special rubber ball that I roll around my hand and wrist to massage it.

The ball in particular has helped a lot, and I think the stretches are helping. I don't do anything that hurts.

I'm also going to try drawing again because fuck it all. Here's a centaur girl from a dream I had 2 nights ago.

If it hurts at all while drawing I'll stop I can't keep going with no activity though it's driving me up the wall. There are so many things I have to / want to draw or do that I can't even fit them all on a single page.

Dont push yourself too hard, but exercising it might be the best thing. Keep it flexible for when it does heal up.

Good for you mate. Keep pushing forewards

As long as it works dude. Just glad you seem to be doing well so far.

Yo zedrin, you do you. Just don't strain yourself. At least I'm not planning on going anywhere. J

As a modified driver I get more than a few wrist injuries, have you tried taking ibuprofen and then using it as normal? That often helps me is all.

Zedrin

Ibuprofen can delay healing so I don't want to rely on it too much. Only when there's severe pain. I have a set of hard rubber balls that i use for massages on my wrist and hand, and they've helped a ton in loosening up the tendons and nerves that were getting pinched.

I only take it when the pain goes sharp, like to the point I can't write properly, other than that I'd say just keep moving it. Believe me I feel you. Especially when you have to get out of a 1 1/2 ton mudded up modified and then get that thing strapped in the trailer.
