Housing Updates: HD Edition (Patreon)

i don't know how many of these have been made so far.

buT ANYWAY:

•  the leaky pipe has been replaced  
• kitchen is still torn up
• we now however have a temporary sink, so that's good
• the two (three) steps remaining are for the wall to be rebuilt, and the cabinets / appliances to be reinstalled (and probably resurface the countertops). This is probably gonna be the longest part of the job.

Anyway though, things are at least normal enough now where I can work on extra things again. I've also included a new calculator sheet with preset options that people may use to figure out what the prices should come to! (You'll need to make a copy of the sheet to use the calculator.)
