Now that people are getting their Pivot plushies, I'm starting work on plushie number 2: SOCKET!

I'll be a lot more up front about the design process this time around, since there's less of a surprise. There won't be a petition phase, and instead she'll be straight to the campaign when it launches.

I've sent this off to Makeship, and will hear back with a prototype schematic in 4-6 weeks!

IN OTHER NEWS:

I'm planning another PF2 video, probably sometime next month, maybe late this month. It'll be a vid on various character concepts that can be fun to play / implement, done list style. I've gotten in touch with Wanderer's Guide as well, and if everything goes to plan, it'll be a sponsored vid which'll be neat. (WG is a great PF2 builder site, and this'll be the perfect way to showcase it.)

I'm ALSO currently in talks with someone about some other merch, slightly spicier. If all goes well, I might finally be able to start selling a few oppai mousepads! Which has been another side goal of mine for a while.

ON NOTE OF POLLS:

ALSO the poll results are in!

Fanart: R63 Quote double teamed by Misery and Curly, with 97 votes from Patreon, 0 from Substar.

OC: Bit in office attire, with 98 votes from Patreon and 4 from Substar.

I'm also debating an idea for polls. How would you all feel if the poll results for Substar and Patreon were kept separate entirely? While the candidates would be the same, I would do each winning result from each location, potentially doing 4 specified works instead of just 2.

The flipside would be, they'd be smaller in scope typically, unless Patreon and Substar synced up in terms of winners (e.g., how Bit was the winner for both Pat and Sub last month, but Cave Story won for fanart on Patreon, while Etna won on Substar). This would also mean that the smaller population platform would have more weight in polls, since a vote's worth more if it's among 40 entrants rather than 400.

I think it kinda hinges on whether you're partial to quantity vs quality. It'd also mean I'd have to curate each poll option in a way that scales to a smaller scope vs a bigger scope project. What do y'all think?
