New tiers are live! (Patreon)

Hey guys, 

I've published the new tiers and they are available for you to join. Current patrons have until Feb 25 to switch tiers. I think I'm having issues with the Discord integration, because one moment it seems to be working, and the next moment, its not showing. So i'll have to check that later.
