How to connect your Patreon to Discord (Patreon)

If you already have a discord account, you should see a Connect To Discord button in your profile settings on Patreon.

Click Connect to Discord and a new screen will pop up prompting you to log in with your Discord info.

Next, authorize the Patreon account to sync (if it asks).

If everything goes correctly, you should be automatically connected to my server and placed in the role corresponding to your Patreon tier.
