ROUNDUP: September, Week 2 (Patreon)

I can finally share the artwork I did for Lobos Jr.! He wanted a new shirt design for his shop, and I wanted something I could also make into a print -- since he's well known as a streamer of FromSoftware/Soulsborne games, I did this collage of female characters from the series.

The only Souls game I haven't played is DS2, so the Emerald Herald was entirely based on the vibe of her official art and screenshots. I chose Priscilla for the DS1 representative instead of the Firekeeper because I like her more (and I also think she's a more iconic design).

The color scheme went through many, many iterations and I narrowed it down to two -- Lobos put both in his shop, but I chose this one for the eventual prints.

In non-art news, the procedure I had last week went (mostly) well. I had a second procedure on Tuesday and I have two more scheduled for next month. Had an unexpected amount of pain afterwards and it turned out I had a blood clot in my leg -- fortunately, it's in a superficial varicose vein that they were going to close off anyway, but it *really* hurts, lol. It's supposed to clear up within a week or two (fingers crossed).

I'm getting close to caught up with all the big projects I committed to, and after that I plan to focus on personal art. Hope you've enjoyed what I'm able to share in the meantime, and have a fun and safe weekend!
